In terms of construction capability, China is one of the tops of the world. But which company is most capable of contracting my project?
SHYZJ has focused on foreign invested industrial projects since its foundation. In recent years, we also begin to build office buildings and residential buildings for patrons. We have been offering General Contracting, CSA, MEP and fitting-out service to clients from USA, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Singapore, HK, Malaysia, etc. Our clients include 3M, Caterpillar, AstraZeneca, Novartis, L‘OREAL, Vanko…The type of the project vary from large-scale new facility building-up to small-size revamping project. And we only take projects that are within our capability. Our accumulated revenue has surpassed 10 billion RMB.
Does the GC understand our requirements?
A common concern of foreign invested companies is whether the construction company understands their regulations, HSE requirements, quality standard, schedule, etc.
SHYZJ has been in the business of foreign invested projects for many years. We have established a management system in accordance with ISO standard. Our management staffs are either old hands in foreign invested projects or foreign experts who served foreign invested PM companies. They have a good knowledge of the site management as well as the requirements of foreign clients.

Well funded? Financially stable?
Even in the case when down payment is offered, contractor still needs to margin a large amount of advance capital. Therefore a common concern of clients is whether the contractor is well funded and whether the down payment has been used properly for just their projects.
20 years of accumulation and successful investment in multiple industries enable us to have financial recourses that far exceed other construction companies of the same size, even some large-scale state-owned construction companies. Meanwhile, thanks to our blue-chip clients, progress payments are usually paid on time which ensures the stable cash flow of each project. To address the clients’ concern, we have set up a strict auditing mechanism to make sure that payment of one project is used for this specific project only.
Who are able to offer a comprehensive solution?
Construction involves a wide range of disciplines, for example, civil engineering, MEP, Fitting-out, etc, and dizzy amount of paper work. How to manage a project successfully?
As an experienced GC, we not only have our own Civil, MEP and fitting-out team, but also good cooperation with the leading design institutes, subcontractor and suppliers. We are able to offer one-stop service to our clients.
What to do if there is a problem?
During project execution, project team should be responsible for if any problem on site. All the PMs are full-time employees of SHYZJ. And we only employ experienced architects who have strong sense of responsibility and who are able of solving most of the problems on site. All the PMs are required to hand in project weekly report so that we can have an outline of project progress. And routine inspections are also arranged to ensure the quality of project.
